  3. Get Oil for frying
  4. Prepare shredded cabbage
  5. Take medium carrot julienne
  6. You need medium green capsicum julienne
  7. Use onion julienne
  8. Get Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli sauce

  11. Take medium carrot peel and grated
  12. Get finely chopped green capsicum
  13. Use medium onion finely chopped
  14. Use maida
  15. You need corn flour
  16. Prepare ginger paste
  17. Get schezwan chilli garlic sauce

Steps to make Chinese Platter:
  1. For Chinese Bhel: Boil Hakka noodles as per instruction given on pkt. Strain and dry on kitchen towel. Deep fry in small batches hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden. Store in Airtight container. (You can use ready available fried noodles for Chinese Bhel). Chop all veggies as mentioned in ingredients column. Keep aside.
  2. To prepare Chinese Bhel:(At the time of serving) In mixing bowl add fistful of chopped veggies,on it pour 2 tbsp of hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce. Mix well. Add 2-3 fistful of fried noodles. Mix well and serve.
  3. To prepare Schezwan Manchurian balls: In mixing bowl add all mentioned grated veggies for it. Add ginger paste, schezwan chilli garlic sauce,salt. Add maida and corn flour. Mix well. (If needed add 1-2 tbsp water).
  4. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
  5. To prepare Schezwan Fried Rice: Boil rice beforehand. Chopped all veggies mentioned for it. In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped veggies and salt. Saute till veggies are tender. Add boiled rice. Mix well. Add schezwan fried rice masala,mix well and serve hot.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Chinese Platter.
