  1. Take maida in a medium bowl and add all the ingedients, Mix well. Add some water and and mix until it becomes soft.
  2. Wrap and keep in room temperature for 30mins
  3. Take some oil in a pan and let it heat for sometime.
  4. Add cumin seeds and cook for a minute.
  5. Add green chilli and cook for a minute.
  6. Add onion and cook until it turns light brown.
  7. Add crushed ginger
  8. Add crushed garlic
  9. Add salt as per taste
  10. Add Coriander powder
  11. Add chilli powder
  12. Add garam masala powder and mix well and cook for 2min.
  13. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  14. Add green peas(matar), mix well and cook for 2mins.
  15. Add grated paneer, mix well and cook for 5mins on low flame.
  16. Keep aside and let it cool for sometime.
  17. Take a part of dough and roll well untill it becomes thin.
  18. Cut into square shape and roll well.
  19. Cut accordingly as shown in the video and start stuffing.
