- Transfer in a bowl, lightly oiled. Brush the surface of the dough.
- Cover & leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- After an hour punch it& knead for 1 min.
- Roll into a rectangular & place in the tin. Cover to rise for 20 mins
- Using a wooden spoon, press dough all over & form indents 1 cm deep
- Brush with combined olive oil,garlic, salt over the surface
- Top with olives & rosemary. Sprinkle oregano,salt
- Bake @180°c for 20-25 mins or till golden brown
- Cut into squares while still warm
