  2. In bowl add besan,Red chilli powder,Salt, add water a prepare thick batter
  3. Make lemon size balls from stuffing,dip each ball into batter,drop this ball into hot oil, deep frying till crispy and golden brown,
  4. Drain on absorbent paper, Serve it in another plat,served with green chutney
