  1. Heat oil in kadai… We have to take more oil then fry the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. take it out and keep it a side. In the kadai add chopped onion add 4-5 slits green chillies.
  2. When it turns light brown add a tsp of ginger garlic paste.Cook onion until it turns brown add the fired chicken, add salt per taste and lots of coriander chopped 1 tsp of crushed Black pepper add chopped tomatoes
  3. Add this moment we will add our dry spices 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Coriander powder, 1tsp of Garammasala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 min add hot water and cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After 10 minutes open the lid and pop chopped coriander leaves.
