  4. Now add All the MASALA and nuts in to it
  5. Now take a big vessel and add lukewarm water and salt to it,, keep it aside
  6. Now in a wok heat oil thoroughly..then turn off the flame,,let it cool A little bit..now make A shape of the Vada of the dal paste..put these Vada in the hot oil and fry them till golden brown

  9. Take beaten thick curd,,add sugar and salt to it.. make a special masala by adding bhuna jeera,,, black salt,,red chilli powder, pudina powder,, amchoor powder,,mix All these
