- Add finely chop tomatoes, red chilli, salt, termuric and fry with a little water till oil seprates and tomotes get blended well.
- Add chicken mince and mix well on medium heat. Add beaten curd and cover the lid.let cook for 10 min on medium heat.it will cook in it's water but if needed add 1/2 cup of water. Add potatoes cut in cubes. Mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till potatoes are tender.add finely chop coriander and green chillies.keep on dam for about 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala powder before serving. Garnish with ginger julians. Serve with nasn or paratha.
