- Heat a tawa. Sprinkle some oil and pour 1 tablespoon of dosa batter. Spread it uniformly to form a thin dosa.Sprinkle some oil and let it cook till golden brown from one side.
- Once it is almost done,apply one teaspoon of tomato sauce evenly,to the side which is on the top.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of schezwan sauce on top of dosa and spread it evenly on the entire surface of dosa.
- Now spread half tablespoon each of chopped onion, tomato, capscicum and cabbage all over dosa.
- Now sprinkle grated cheese all over dosa and cover it for few seconds till the cheese melts.
- Once done,fold it and remove in serving plate and serve it with chutney. In the similar fashion prepare all the dosas.
