  11. Pour half cup water and cook until the mixture thickness.
  12. Lower the flame. Add the pureed spinach.
  13. Mix well and cook until it begins to bubble for about 2 to 3 mins.
  14. Avoid overcooking add paneer and mix well.
  15. Serve palak paneer with naan roti or rice.
