- Prepare Ingredients for yakhni :-
- You need 350 g Beef with bones
- Provide 1 Onion medium
- Use Cinnamon stick 2
- Prepare 2 Bari Elaichi

- Take 1/2 cup Oil
- Take Onion 1 medium
- Provide 1/2 cup Yogurt

- Prepare 2 tsp Dhaniya powder
- You need 1/4 tsp Haldi
- Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Get 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
- You need Garnishing :-

- Use 1 tbsp Ginger julienne
- Take Podina leaves as required
Steps to make Oats Haleem:
- Take a big pot and put all the yakhni ingredients together.
- Let the yakhni cook for 2 hours until beef is soft
- Strain the yakhni and set aside the stock
- Now in a pot add oil and fry onions until golden.
- Add beef from yakhni and cook well. Add yogurt to it and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Add all the mentioned spices and oats and fill up yhe pot with strained yakhni
- Let it cook until oats are fully cooked. You can add more water if needed.
- Garnish with podina adrak and chaat masala.
- Serve hot and enjoy either with just a spoon or naan😍
