The ingredients needed to prepare Aloo Wada:
  1. Use 10 potatoes
  2. You need As needed Oil for frying
  3. Use As needed curry leaves
  4. Get 1 tsp Garlic paste
  5. Use 2 tsp green chilli paste
  6. Take 1 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Use 5 tbsp Besan (chickpea flour)
  9. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. You need 1 tsp aamchur masala
  11. Get 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  12. Prepare As needed Water
  13. Use to taste Salt
Instructions to make Aloo Wada:
  1. First boil the potatoes by taking 2-3 whitsles. Peel and mash the potatoes well. Do not let any pieces be left
  2. Now in a vessel take oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves turmeric powder, salt and lastly green chilli paste and garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Now put this tempering on the the potatoes and mix well.
  4. In a bowl take besan, add salt, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, carrom seeds and red chilli powder.
  5. Put water and make a semi thick coating. We don't want it to be thin as then it won't cost the potatoes well
  6. Dip the wadas in besan, and fry in oil. Remove when golden, enjoy!!!
