  1. For Idiyappam Take a vessel add the rice flour and slowing incorporate boiling water and stir and make a soft dough. Add hing and salt for taste to boiling water. Last add coconut milk to it after switching of the gas and close it let it rest in the steam for a while. Garnish with coriander.Serve with idiyappam. This also goes well with dosa and appam too.
