- Greased the plate with oil and put it in a steamer.add baking soda in it and mix well.pour batter in a plate, sprinkle some red chilli powder cover and Steam for 15 mnts.
- Now heat some oil for tempering.add musterd seeds, Cumin seeds and sesame seeds.when crackle add asafoetida.pour it over dhokla.garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
