  5. Keep water to boil in big vessel for steaming dhokla. Divide moong dal batter into 2 portions. In one moong dal batter add 1/4 tsp soda bi carb. Mix well. Pour into prepared greased thali to make thin layer.
  6. Place this dhokla thali on stand kept in big vessel. Cover and steam for 5-7 mins.
  7. Remove the steamed dhokla thali. Cut into squares pieces.
  8. Serve Delicious Hot Yellow Moong Dal Dhokla with Green Coriander Chutney.
