- Soak moong dal over night ; grind in mixer - 2. Now add asafetida, besan, salt, chilli powder, haldi powder, ginger & green chilli & chopped methi leaves; required water - 3. Mix well & keep aside

- Keep vessel on gas with water in which u are making dhokla; grease mould also - 5. Add fruit salt in dhokla better; mix nicely & pour in to grease dhokla mould; sprinkle little red chilli powder over it - 6. Steam for 20 minutes

- Remove from mould & put tadka - 8. Garnish & cut into desired shape - 9. Serve with mint chutney or choice of ur chutney / sauce
- If you want more sponge & watery then u can put little lemon juice + 1/2 tsp sugar + 1/4 cup water in tadka & put on dhokla - If you are eating for health purpose no need to add tadka with water
