- Use 5 tbsp oil
- Take 2 potato finely chopped
- Take 2-3 tomato finely chopped
- Use 1 small carrot finely chopped
- Provide 3-4 onion finely chopped

- Provide 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Prepare 3/4 cup cauliflower chopped
- Provide 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
- Take 1 tsp pavbhaji masala( i used everest masala
- You need to taste Salt
- You need 1 tsp lemon juice
- Use 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- Get 1 packet pav
- Prepare as needed Butter for serving pav and bhaji
Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- First take pressor cooker and boil all the veggies on medium flame for 2-3 whistles.
- Mash all the boiled veggies.
- Heat oil and add onion in it.cook until onion translucent.
- Now add tomato and cook for minute.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder and pav bhaji masala powder.
- Stir it and cook for a minute on high flame.
- Add little water and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add boiled and mashed vegetables and lemon juice.
- Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Taste for the salt at this stage and add more if required. Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving.
- Serve it with butter pav, salad,papad,buttermilk.
Pav is buns and bhaji is the mixed spicy vegetables. This is a very popular dish with roadside vendors. Both Pav and Bhaji are served together along with chopped onions and lemon wedge.
