  1. Get 250 gram pumpkin
  2. Prepare 250 gram green gourd
  3. Use 100 gram peas
  4. Take 2 boiled potatoes

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Wash & cut all the veggies & put them in cooker with 1 cup of water.Cover with lid & give a whistle.
  2. Slow the flame & cook for 10 minutes.Let it cool down.
  3. In a pan heat butter & add chopped onions,cook till they become golden brown, add ingredients & tomato puree.cook on low flame till oil comes from corners.
  4. Open the lid of cooker & mash the veggies with masher,add the cooked masala & cook on low flame till all the water dissolves.
  5. Serve hot with pav
