- Provide 2 leeks, white and pale green parts only, washed and chopped
- Use 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- Prepare 4 chives, chopped
- Get 2 clove garlic, diced

- Take 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Prepare 4 cup low sodium chicken broth
