- Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and saute for 2-minutes. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
- Add chilli powder and pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook till oil separates.
- Add cauliflower, green peas, and Capcicam mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add potatoes mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add salt and Coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add pavbhaji masala and mix well add 1-cup water, mix and cook for 5-minutes
- Switch of the flame and mash with a hand blender. Add water as required, to adjust consistency
- Heat pan, strain the prepared mixture into it and let it heat. Add cheese and mix till the cheese melts.
- Transfer the cheese bhaji in the fondue pot, top with butter, garnish with Coriander leaves and serve immediately with pav pieces.
