- You need 1 tsp Dry Mango powder or Amchur
- Use 1 tsp Chat Masala
Instructions to make Aaloo Bondas:
- Make a smooth but thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned. Use little water at a time. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. Use your hands while making the batter for a fluffy and amazing Bondas.
- Heat Oil on a low heat. In the meantime, make small balls of the Potato mix filling. Dip these balls in the batter. Coat well on all the sides and carefully slide into the hot Oil one by one. Deep fry on a low to medium high heat only until golden brown and done.
- Serve them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice. I served with Mint and Yoghurt Chutney. Enjoy!
