The ingredients needed to cook Alphonso mango kulfi:
- Use 2 cups milk
- Take 1 cup mango puree
- Prepare 1 tsp corn starch
- Get 7-8 saffron stands

- Turn of the flame and cool down. Now add mango purée and mix well.
- Transfer the kulfi mixture to a kulfi moulds and freeze. Until set on top insert the stick and freeze until the kulfi is set.
- Kulfi is ready to serve sprinkle some dry fruits.
